Another poster pointed out what I had forgotten about was that Holman wanted 100 million with the offering. Since according to some attorneys(Not me) that the lawsuit would only require about 2 million to fight.
A lot less if PM decided to settle first.
Holman has a lot of explaining to do and he ain't doing it so far.
