People have different views about the offering and I respect all those with an opinion. I don't call people names that I don't agree with.
I have stated more than once I am not a seasoned investor especially when it comes to OTC stocks.
OTC is worse than shark infested waters. Tough to be a winner.
The only time I get down right nasty is when someone attacks me personally FIRST, then I will defend myself.
Then sometimes I will just bite my tongue and say nothing when one of the real clever and subtle attackers simply just asks you for your companies Ticker Symbol. Sticking out your chest and bragging is good exercise for your lungs I heard.

According to some lawyers who have been following the HCMC case have stated, some on youtube, that this lawsuit would only have cost about 2 million and probably a lot less if PM decided to settle after the lawsuit was filed.
100 million just sounds a little suspicious to me too.
