Yeah, sure, a “rapidly expanding Global Telemedicine Company” that sold itself into a grey sheet stinky pink ticker, got suspended again for misinformation, then went dark for over a year and a half. Sounds legit. You’d think they’d have an accountant or two on the payroll.
Followed you over. I’ve seen many a Company Dump a shell for a better one. Happens all the time. Even after a PR and change of control with an updated SOS.
I’ll have to DD this one later. I’m in so many R/M shell stories at the moment. All my dry powder goes to add in those as they wait.
