this is likely a BHATTI procedural Tele Conf (I think)

Judge is clearing up scheduling dates or motions - not sure

I don't expect anything earth shaking out of Tele Con Fri

But 5th Circuit Jan 19th should be a HOOT if we get to listen

to Oral Arguments after TRUMPS letter and 5th Circuit's ruling

that was Appealed and sent BACK for possible $DAMAGES

I'll have popcorn to Listen to potential FIREWORKS !
