According to the S1-a, the offering units are 10,000000, if before R/S, thats too little, no big deal. If after the R/S, it is too much. 10,000000( offer sh) x 175( ratio) = 1,750,000000 current pps shares offering which makes great dilution, then the uplist pps could be down half immediately. Any explanation ?
And Mike what will that be? With a RS looming we need something from Armen like a new CEO and a PR team that can use the quiet period to their advantage. Anything else, this isn't going nowhere.
