LP is a yard stick that measures obligation to Treasury with is the original infusion - Senior Preferred - and all diviends kept in cash by F and F

Fine - since the LP is only a counter for money owed - in BS of Treasury

We - F and F never pay off this phantom

Cool

But that still leaves the Senior Paper + + and that as I understand will be = the meaingless number that is the LP
