That is a great explanation. And outlines the basics well. But it does not make the obvious missing connection that the reserved shares are absolutely accounted for. And this is undeniable fact. Reserved shares are set aside. Not in the float. Or the DTC registry. But absolutely accounted for in the share structure. My entire point.
