I highly dought that otc traders use Charles that much. Td ,etrade, would be the more common one used to trade sub pennies, I mean just look at today's trades 703 thousand with 19 trades. Several miniscule trades .

Don't look like the fees raised has stopped the small traders from trading. 8 trades for 103k shares and one of those is 40k and one for 25k So six trades for 40k, yep doesn't look like Charles helped much in bringing these ridiculous trades to a stop. That's because there is still several companies that didn't raise there prices. Charles has never been a friendly otc company. Well literally they suck. More of a higher base stock using company. This scam will still be traded like always. Good luck
