Garland claimed early on that he's by the book and is going to be as a non partisan with equal support of the law. With the last administration, this is going to take time much to our desire for fast action. If and when he acts, it's probably with confidence that he will win and has the ammo to do so. In the drag of time it's easy for armchair politicos to play the what if and what's taking so long game. It's human nature. As much as I'd like to see him nail everyone right this second, I have a good feeling that he's doing it the right way for America and it's citizens.
If he turns out to be shit, I'm already hardened for more disappointment. I think he's going to do the right thing when he's ready, I just won't get all excited about it until I see it.
