I like the sound of that! Where else could the old J shares be located...if ALL shares of LBHI have been cancelled.

If those are sitting part of NOLs and not in OBS...then one day they MUST be re-unified. Prospectus states they cannot be cancelled nor replaced. They tried to replace too at one time if I recall...

Yes they go to us as per ECAPS prospectus and parity rulings IF theirs no cash to pay us
