Well, look at it this way. If frump actually has large sums of money- ex: the over 500 million that he's sucked in since being booted out of the presidency from donors to his pac and more recently from his stock manipulation from his phony spac he created, a couple million each to a handful of strategic criminals would only be interest income from just this years collections.
frump is enough of a criminal and with many people in his sphere also looking at possible criminal indictment who are probably 'helping' him to think about his predicaments and what to do.
I honestly don't think frump is smart enough to pull off all the complexity of the spac and his donor structures without someone else doing all the thinking and setting up for him.
frump has been a moronic loser and total USER of other peoples efforts and money. frump is a vapid leech with no spine. frump does not have the capacity to thoroughly work these schemes. frump has the criminal mind to like the ideas to accept and give the okays however. And the cash to make a lot of it happen. frump is a user and follower who has always thrown money at whatever will benefit himself the most.
I believe frump didn't expect to win the presidency. He was doing it to stay in the limelights because he is a sociopathic narcissistic megalomaniac who only worships money and power. frump even said sometime after winning in 2016..more or less - "oh, being president is hard. So hard. I didn't expect to be so much work". Clearly, he believed he can just play golf and let everyone else play government.
