Matters not, as there are no states that do not mandate such.
The POINT is that there are mandates for the health and safety of citizens AND that a response to a contagion cannot effectively be mounted state by state.
Why? Because people f'ing TRAVEL and their contagious disease travels with them.
As I said, the ONLY time you assholes balk at national initiatives is when they're coming from a Dem rather that an asshole like Trump.
