This stock placement is not getting them out of insolvency and the risks. They are dumping the last available shares before the 200 million new shares. The have ~$120 million in debt to cover plus ~$10 million a month cash burn. That effectively will cover the outstanding debt and a year of cash burn. The revenue prospects are pretty limited for 2022.

Those not in the PIPE to receive the discounted shares and warrants probably care.

Who cares. Not me and not the investors in the PIPE that just smashed last months talking points that CYDY was Bankrupt (BK).

Typical penny stock sale pitch talk...

I bet running deals for $CYDY are yielding handsome returns for the toxic lenders and PIPE salepeople.

“Meanwhile back at the ranch CYDY advances up the wall of worries.”

Advances up the wall? No worries? The opposite is true.

Where’s the peer reviewed article on the combo trial? Where’s the peer reviewed article on CD10 and CD12? Where’s the safety data? Where’s the data showing 3600% decrease on X for cancer?

The FDA is likely asking these questions. If/when they release another statement, possibly at the same time the SEC/DOJ does, will be damning to investors. No other biotech I’ve ever invested in makes outrageous claims like CYDY.

Black-Ops ON TARGET AS USUAL >>> WHO CARES!

Instead, we're more interested on where the company is going, than who had unpaid library fines fifty years ago.

And with that in mind - RUMBLINGS OF GREAT NEWS...

Supposedly the Phase 2 Long Haulers' Trial has been approved by the FDA!

Leronlimab has successfully shown, in a smaller study, to have very positive results on treating a significant number of the various symptoms exhibited by folks with PASC (Long Haulers').

Long Haulers' treatment is a huge market and this is a great step in the right direction!! AND we don't have Amarex around to screw it up anymore!

Whoopeee!!
