I would think it would and I believe that’s the reason for the silence on Groton. I think the Navy is sitting back and monitoring the repairs made and will possibly offer additional contracts once they are satisfied. Which will hopefully be in the coming weeks.
the "completion" is when they switch it over to actually feed electricity into the base as designed and get paid for the electricity they produce. (PPA agreement).
I would expect at least a 12 month running and proving before too many repeat orders are placed - may be another branch of the military does their own pilot - this one took how long?
