Schwab and Fidelity have free OTC trading, all others have $5+ fees for OTC transactions.

Schwab was free until the finally merged with TDA, recently. Now it's all $6.95 for otc.

My research shows that Fidelity is $0 for otc. Here's the link:

I researched them in the past and almost went with them instead of Schwab.
