Given the letter I think the Collins Plaintiffs have some legs to run on in the 5th, clearly we suffered from having an FHFA Director who believed ZERO CAPITAL on the books was enough. It would be nice to get one of the 5th Circuit federal court judges that can see right through the ridiculousness of holding these profitable private corporations hostage to a never ending "conservatorship" so yet another federal government agency can do whatever it wants with no oversight.

We'll see what happens.
