Whatever market makers do or don’t do at the end of the day is dwarfed by penny CEO’s and insiders…that love to promote the idea that it’s all the MM/shorties fault…when in reality it is the dumping of shares into the market that is causing the price decline or actual holders deciding they have had enough…and yes, the broker/dealers that facilitate that for them.
