If you ask me that comment about leasing until 2011 might have been a way for ERHC mgmt to tell the shareholders that Offor doesn't plan on selling anytime soon. Of course he might sell tomorrow, and that comment might have not been a signal to shareholders, but I still think Offor waits until oil is hit before selling anything, and thats assuming that he wants to sell in the first place.
