Actually, the old office also accomodated Chrome Energy. The question that comes to mind is, are they (Chrome) also in the new space, and if so, what are we charging them for rent? Just sounds logical to charge another company rent if they are sharing the space. Not to mention sharing the costs within the space, i.e., utilities, secretarial, etc...

interesting - cause so basical view.

The 3 - 5 years in the real estate contract may be also a rough timetable for SEO's plans. Within that time most of our unproven resources should be hopefully proven reserves.

After that ERHC is ready to be changed into billions of cash or swaped into shares of another company.

After that (3 - 5 years) we would not need further office space :-))

Let the ERHC baby elephant grow to a big & strong one before he is sold !
