AINT this EXACTLY what we have been looking for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too agree that COOP will HAVE TO ISSUE and 8K for this transaction and somewhere fairly quickly will have to pay for these assets.

We KNOW for FACT COOP does NOT HAVE ample funds to outright buy as much as we suspect is there so, I like YOU am looking for both CASH as well as a share issuance for PREFRD's and COMMON shares to cover the cost of buying these assets

IMHO this is the TRIGGER we have been waiting on and looking for all this time
