Per the NY Times the US death toll is at 777,000- give or take. That's a lot of adverse events- stage 5. and I think we can assume there were also plenty of 2's 3 and 4 AE's. : )
We are seeing all arrays of damage from covid- both from short or long haul infections.
You could be right and one day we may see the damage you refer to from vaccines, but today we have data on the deaths and damages from covid infection;
