It was nice try by the rest of the board to attempt to spin the results as good. However there was no way to spin the ongoing dilution of shares by toxic note holders. They will be thankful for anyone buying shares down here especially the bid buyers who may think they are getting a deal.
Reminder to all: if you have company that devotes 10 pages of filings to it's convertible notes you may have issues with seemingly unlimited amounts of shares that could convert.
