Nice Try!!! They didn’t file quarterly fins
After they became pink current when they received the corresponding letter from SEC they didn’t file for quarterly financials and became delinquent and new SEC change came in effect in sept 27th and they went back to expert market.
It is good to be informed so that information can’t be twisted by misinformation spread
