Really? In what PR was that information about Sipi failing to pick-up the filters shared? Why would Mexus not assume shipping responsibilities all they way to Sipi's door step? Just one more half-sided story that doesn't pass the common sense test.

Forever complaint is no proven resource so now complaint is for plan to do so.

No the complaint is that Mexus has repeatedly claimed to be putting together official proven reserve reports, but Cesar never seems to get around to completing them. I'm sure this time will be different.
