I knew that, but now under the new Rittenhouse precedent, and it is a handed down verdict, everyone going forward can kill anyone, claim a defending defense which automatically throws out evidence that can be used against you. Waiting on the next incident to happen, and it will, it's what America does best. Like when someone shoots a cop, claiming he was only defending himself because he was afraid, and that AR-15 was just there because it's always there. The cop mistakenly took it the wrong way, and he has to kill the cop to defend himself.
