I have to say that I appreciate your post. Unfortunately Jason has exclusive control of this stock and company and has written himself some nice liquidation terms. .125 a share pre-split valuation for his 500K class "A" preferred shares in the S1 liquidation statement. The OTC is one of those few places where a crook can rob people even playing by the rules.
We shall see what happens here short term. Lets face it, we all gamble trading in this space and nobody has a crystal ball. In fact, when I was posting about all of the debt and dilution during the first of the year I missed a couple of good runs that I didn't see coming. Of course OTC traders became temporarily insane across the board during that time.
