Just wanted to add to my previous post. Actually, filings are supposed to be filed at the end of each quarter and then an annual report at the end of the year, but I'm sure you already know that.
I'm not trying to be a debbie downer and I know some might not like what I post, but I'm not going to act like everything is just fine and dandy when it's not.
No real company that claims transparency and shareholder value is important to them would be trading on the Expert Market.
I wonder how the people feel who bought shares after Nixon did that RS in 2016 and the stock was trading at $6 a share, and then he diluted billions of shares and brought the share price all the way down to .0001 in just a few years.
This company is anything but transparent, and I wouldn't call trading on the Expert Market at .0001 shareholder value.
