Imagine a company in MJ business during the pandemic that everyone has turned to for help and they have lost money and be bankrupt if wasnt for 200k PPP.

Remeber their 2oz $6 hand sanitizer fail and all other ceos false statements, cmon man.
Hasn't diluted because add all class conversions and maxed PLUS no investors want any part of this HENCE why his brother had to loan 50k.

Instead of buying in market call company and do a Private placement....they need cash bigtime.
