ELS snapshot already happened. I believe it was on 10/31. Where did you see 1/22? Although it already passed I still set mine up which said that it failed to connect to the network after I did it. My trust line though does say its active on XRPTOOLKIT but I highly doubt Ill get anything. Heres a link that show Stedas breakdown for the ELS trust line. The limit is 1000000000 (9 zeros):

I had too many zeros at first then 8 (I believe) was the key and it added.
