The table in the PR you posted shows 1.5-2.0-log reduction in HBsAg for most dosing cohorts. Where did you get the 5-log figure?

For cohorts E and F, starting was around 10**3.5, ending was around 10**(-1.5) for a grand total delta of 3.5-(-1.5)=5
