One problem, Health Canada EUA is ONLY for Covid-19. The company applied less than 2 weeks ago and the only opportunity is the Health Canada Special Access Program (SAP) which is like compassionate use program in the U.S. Most of the major cancer drugs they won't pay for are still available to patients/physicians by filling out applications to the SAP program, just like the U.S. Compassionate Use Program.
It is misrepresenting it to call it an EUA which makes it sound like it is a commercial approval -- but it is not. We'll see when NP has to report income the end of the year. It will be nominal if they charge patients for the drug. Many U.S. companies subsidize it.
One problem, there is no EUA for cancer drugs -- only Covid-19. Hoodwinked by NP again. All he got was the Health Canada Special Access Program which is a compassionate use program for cancer drugs that Health Canada doesn't pay for. So expect very little revenue because any Canadian that wants LL will have to pay for it unless Cytodyn is going to give it away.
