I guess anything is possible. What is certain and indisputable is that PN did not spend anytime complying with SEC filing regulations, communicating with erhe shareholders, conducting annual meetings, getting erhe removed from the caveat emptor list, or any of the normal things a ceo of a public company does. Result - price near zero, volume near zero and all this for over 4 years.
