Probably? No, DEFINITELY. They definitely didn't want anyone seeing what they were up to (or NOT up to, like you said).
That's the only way Amarex and Kush could control the narrative. The real question is WHY? Amarex is a CRO. Why willfully deviate from what they were supposed to be doing all along, and then try to cover it up with falsified documents and failures to perform?
What would be the motivation for all that, given that is what they are in business to do? As we say, what is the root cause?
