Well there is no lawsuit (yet) as the disclaimer states. I found it to be an interesting summary of the chronology and evolution of TSNP/HMBL. Foote is getting pilloried on Twitter. Pretty much every share that has traded in the market since late December last year is underwater right now.
But if Brian thinks it is bad now…when the warrants start to hit in December…and the main course of Pref B next February he is going to see what OTC ire looks like.
