Basically stating that ABVG hasn't fulfilled anything at all and has been regulated to a market that isn't regulated because it's been reported as nothing more than a pump and dump scam while not fulfilling any of the SEC requirements in the OTC pink market.
Otherwise, it's just another burnt scam. Don't trade scams.
