I just read through the Quarterly report SMCE submitted 2 hours ago.

Reading The last page, looks like SMCE is planning to go toward a complete direction to Fintech... rearranging and adding experienced management, revoked previous businesses, submitted share cancellations, debt retirements, and lumpsum buyouts.

Acquisition was also mentioned to be executed expeditiously.

They seem to have a plan.
