I'm not sure how anything in their filings is anything new. The company has to disclose they are complying with any questions the FDA may have regarding the whistleblower joke and the same with the class actions that end up meaningless. Either way they have created one heck of a trading vehicle as everyone awaits the current trials to fully enroll.
