May I suggest that you have a local computer store build a computer for you that works and acts the same as your old computer but uses updated technology and software.

My old computer, Windows 7, was giving me fits and all the new one had windows 10. I've seen 10 and did not want to go that route, it looked and operated too much like an app. I asked the local computer store guy to build me a computer that looked and acted exactly like my old one with whatever updates my current software needed and to transfer all my old data/internet bookmarks ect over to the new one.

I cannot be happier with this new model that runs Windows 10 but looks like my old Windows 7 computer with a very minimum of variances in functionality! Plus it's screaming fast and all the updates are seamless.

NOPE - still limping along on the laptop and shopping for a new one. I have my files on a flash drive but not enough memory to transfer them to this already slow computer.
