This is like a fingernail in comparison to even the initial phase of the Brasil facility which is 52bcf, let alone the full size at 786bcf. This has been on the books for a while now, and in talking to Ward a while back, it's a non-starter. I think he's become a source of education for the Mexican government from what I understand.
