IMO it is doubtful this is causing a delay. It doesn't prevent the company from using the phrase. The TM would prevent others from using it though if granted. In my point of view the only delay has been the symbol change. I believe other news will be saved for closer to when the A+ gets qualified to boost stock price to reflect a higher offering price.
I do not know if there are other delays such as manufacturing ect. When they launch their e-commerce store I am curious if they will immediately have products available or have a pre-order launch.
I am looking forward to a lot of great things to happen here though. GLTA
