The phrase is also used in the medical field so I would say they prob will just be using it in a different capacity. It might not be a phrase that anyone can own the rights to. It's open to all

I an not sure. There is a medical services company that has the same phrase approved so maybe it is conflicting. However DRYWORLD is in a different field and can prove original usage years before the medical company AbbVie Inc.
