Yes, nothing innocent about Ray or the entire BOD. They all knew what the RTF letter said and assumed it would never be revealed, but could not anticipate Nader's unpredictable nature in suing Amarex. The Amarex lawsuit was wonderful, and FANTASTIC indeed for shareholders and shorts alike in showing the sordid truth and exposing Nader's big lie about the BLA being filed complete.
