I was asking myself the same question. I believe I have the answer..

It's the ol' "SQUIRREL" thing he likes to do..

SB and his "art of distraction", so no one pays attention to the OTC still showing a SHELL and YIELD sign.

ALSO, he likes to pretend he has something in common with a REAL company, he does not. He has done this distraction technique several times in the past.

Good ol' SB -- distraction is important in stinkyland where HPIL FIRMLY resides.
