Amarex didn't spend the money going to court. Amarex wants to get paid for past due bills --- they claim to rack up ~$12 million in manhours they want to get paid for. This is a collections effort on their part. The question is where they settle on this. Amarex can sit on the company's clinical trial data for a long time while this plays out. How long will the LL BLA take?? What's that worth to Cytodyn??
