Sounds like CYDY wants to settle as well. NP doesn’t want Amarex releasing more damning emails. It still seems unlikely CYDY is going to escape the arbitration with paying much less than what’s owed. NP tried that with Pestell and it was costly.
Sounds like CVYDY knows they won't win the case and rather try to play nice than strong arm them. Dwindling cash makes people do weird things. Why pawn shops are a great money maker.
