Where has there been an official statement declaring securities fraud?
Until there is something official it is all simply speculation.
People are making it sound like securities fraud to benefit their short position. It’s going to be interesting to see it be all about the event from June 2020.
We will see who is correct when and if anything becomes of their investigation.
Simply said no one on this board know for certain what is being investigated. NO ONE.
