The epochs run from Saturday 1:41am PST to Saturday 1:41am PST. You have to delegate/lock in your vote percentages at least by 2:41pm PST for the following epoch, because a random ledger block is chosen to lock in the votes between then and the beginning of the epoch Saturday morning. It is not known which block it is/was/will be until after the start of the epoch, so you don't want to miss out. NFTpoints are claimable immediately after the end of each epoch, as well as delegation rewards in SGB. The NFTp-claimable NFTs are available whenever those in charge decide to drop them, but they go super fast. This last time I think a few whales bought most of them. Hopefully that isn't the case moving forward but we'll see. The quest NFTs are claimable after the requirements have been met; usually they will announce when they can be claimed and people have a certain period of tims to claim theirs before the remainer are burned/elscted for other purposes.
