You are very correct. I have this conversation with multiple people on the tickers they are waiting for and every single time, I end up being right.
OTC is working with a schedule that can easily be detected if people pay attention.
If they have passed your date then something is absolutely wrong with your filing.
OTC is now on 3 and 4 November submission and ZAAG submitted October 20. Something is wrong their filing for sure.
You guys can check by post history on GASE. Told them same repeatedly and days later CEO contacted OTC and they told him he had an error on his Attorney letter.
Traded this in August and surprised it’s down here still.
You guys should contact the CEO and tell him to call OTCM. You are still battling June Q, Nov 15 is deadline for Q 3 with a 14-day grace period if by then you are still yield, you will end up in Expert market.
