You should have been here when the "shards of info" were coming from nodder about the RTF. He told stories about a syringe and a label issue. Had a shard about RO testing. Told a shard about file format. I wonder how many of those "shards" the nodderettes swallowed hook line sinker?? Nodder told a repeated shard about "just a few simple things,easy fix"

My bet is they settle and the agreement is confidential. Still the issue of Cytodyn's cash availability to pay a decent proportions of what is what is owed.
Then it's the SEC and DOJ investigation which already has all the FDA Statement evidence and now they appear to have he April 30, 2020 "complete" BLA filing pump and dump evidence now.
