I think MRGE's deal(s) been not only close several times, but I think at least one deal was actually done, however, Mexico changed their mind(s). Mexico is always willing to change the deal if it suits their needs and that is obviously completely frustrating to investors. This time will hopefully be different so we'll see!!
Always appreciate your insights Penny. Thanks. AMLO said today that his three major projects: Train Maya, the new Airport and the Isthmus will be completed by the end of his term. September '24 is closing in on him rapidly. I'm hoping AMLO's urgency syncs up with Mike Ward's PR.
I haven't called because I know a read can't be accurate over the phone without body language. Even face to face plenty of things as simple as personality quirks can throw off a read and it certainly isn't so much of an exact science. In the end this is why we do surveillance before and after an interview when possible since verifiable actions are the story teller more than any other evidence.
I won't go farther down the hole as I am already over $250k deep which is much more than I should have ever risked. But after seeing the cycles I expected that to play out once again and kept cost averaging in.
